I recently read about someone with four children under the age of four, (seriously, who does that? hahaha!) that is where the title of this post came from. Not to one-up the people that I don't know, however there was a set of twins in that 4 under 4. And, as most of you know ST won't be 5 until April. Celebrity status? um... I think so. Seriously, that's what I have been telling you guys all along!
I was going to add this super easy, super yummy cake for Jessica and my sister-in-law who are learning to cook. This one comes out every time and is ALWAYS so yummy!
Chocolate Chip Pound Cake
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 small package of instant choclote pudding
1 small package of instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup of cooking oil
4 eggs *read below directions before begining *
1 package semi sweet choclate chips
Mix together cake mix, both puddings, water, and oil. Beat 2 minutes. Add 4 eggs *one at a time, blending in between each egg. Add chocolate chips. Pour into a WELL greased and lightly floured Bundt pan. Back 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. Allow the cake to cool in the pan.
Enjoy girls!
